It uses 7-8 types of seafood, including blackthroat seaperch and wild bluefin tuna, delivered directly from Kanazawa.Our restaurant's style is to age fresh fish in seaweed salt to concentrate the flavor.We will serve one slice per person, so please order enough for the number of people in your party.We also serve Kanazawa brand soy sauce, based on the concept of "eating Kanazawa fish with Kanazawa soy sauce."

Ishikawa sake

Our shop sells fish and sake.We have a wide selection of seasonal sake and can also suggest pairings with your dishes.We taste all of the alcohol before deciding on our lineup.All but the three Ishikawa Prefecture varieties and the three standard varieties are posted on Instagram. Please note that many of the sakes are seasonal and limited edition, so they may be out of stock.

Sake vessel

We use tin sake vessels made by Nosaku in Toyama Prefecture, which give the sake a mellow taste, and we also change to ceramic vessels depending on the type of sake.
